it easier to find out about someone so
we need to be careful about our
post content.
I am a year 6 learner at Tautoro School in Northland, New Zealand. I am in room 6 and my teacher is Whaea Debb.

we need to be careful about our
post content.
Recess should not go for longer it is without doubt that recess should not go for longer because we need fresh air and we need to have free time with our friends and have a break from working too much in class. and the teachers need time out with the other teachers and they might have to go to an important meeting and we need food to keep our brain active for when we go back into class and another thing is its that recess is longer If not students won't be able to focus in class get enough exercise to be healthy or interact with other kids and make friends If students have longer recess they will burn off energy and can focus more in class
Some of the language features that I have found were metaphors, adjectives, verbs, and onomatopoeia.
The poem that I read was called Clickety-Clack Cicada by Jill Brasell.
I found it easy to read the poem because it didn't have too many words and they were easy for me to understand.
I found it tricky to find some of the language features such as verbs because I am still just learning about them.
I really enjoyed colouring in my poem and creating a colourful border.
Next time I could try using some of these language features in my own writing to improve how well I can write.
